How Donations Help:

The Youth Sports Concussion Awareness Program is offered by the Peterborough Family Health Team, a not-for-profit organization that serves the City and County of Peterborough. Your generous donations allow us to distribute up-to-date educational materials on concussions to the primary health care providers and local coaches.
